Personality:
Austria, or Roderich, is a composed- some would say emotionless- man, often stern, always polite, and occasionally very flustered- but only occasionally. With a great love of music and the arts- and apparently cake- he's very much an indoors person, and isn't much for roughhousing; his sense of direction is frankly woeful. Which begs the question- why a trainer? Perhaps simply because of his gardening habits- after all, he favours grass-types. In any case, he's not to be taken lightly, and has a commanding presence.

'Brynhilde. What are you doing?' A shadow loomed over the grass Pokemon, blocking out the sun and rudely interrupting her nap-come-photosynthesis. Blearily, she opened an eye, and immediately shut it again when she saw who it was. Though she was fond of her trainer, she had learned that feigning sleep was the best way of avoiding his excessively long, if very eloquently worded, rants about training and discipline and obedience. However, today there seemed to be no stopping him.
'Brynhilde, how many times must I repeat myself? No sleeping in the dirt! Look at you! Unsightly-'
'Chi...Chika!' The Chikorita- Brynhilde, as it had been grandly named by its trainer- gave a yelp of annoyance as it was picked up and subjected to a vigorous dusting down, squirming to no avail against black-gloved hands. The trainer- one Roderich Edelstein- sighed as if his whole life was a chore.
'Really, Brynhilde. I expect more decorum from my Pokemon.'
Brynhilde stuck its tongue out as it was lifted to eye level, coming face to lenses with a pair of wire-rimmed glasses, and the rather pretty eyes behind them. Roderich frowned sternly at her, before relaxing.
'Would you like to ride on my shoulder for a while? If you're tired, I mean.'
'...Chi!'
As they set off, Roderich consulting his map very carefully, Brynhilde yawned, and curled up on her new perch. He was a nuisance, but he was quite a nice nuisance, after all.
