Personality: Quiet and reserved, Norway is often happiest to be on the sidelines of things. He used to be a bit hot blooded in his youth but has calmed down since and would rather not be bothered thank you very much. Especially by annoying Danes. He's solitary and prefers to stay that way, so don't ask to start a traveling party with him because he'll just give you his blank, unnerving stare and refuse. He likes to dabble in the occult which gives him this mysterious air about him and can interact with a nisse.
Even though he comes off as sarcastic and a little mean he really cares about those close to him. His close friends and family get to see more of his rare expressions and actually conversation from him. He really loves and care for his little brother even if he doesn't like calling him big brother. He also likes to drink with close friends but few have ever seen the reclusive man drunk, and have been sworn to keep quiet forever in fear of his wrath. He can be kinda scary sometimes to those that anger him or a certain Danish man. Even though his dislikes fighting, in battle he is ruthless but does show mercy on those obviously weaker than him.

The Nordic Council was once again pandemonium. Somehow Denmark had managed to get his axe past security, and was now fighting Sweden who was only armed with a chair for supposedly giving Denmark a dirty look. It was really just Sve's default look but the Dane was not listening to anyone. Norge was content to watch the pandemonium, sipping his coffee leisurely as he sat by his old colony Greenland and Iceland. Everyone seemed quite used to these happens so no one was really worried, it just annoyed him how nothing would get done today and he would be stuck in Copenhagen for another night. That was until the brutish Dane fell into his dear little brother who then knocked over Norge's coffee all over his lap.
Everyone stopped what they were doing as their eyes fell to the smaller man. Denmark was oblivious, dusting himself off with a goofy grin and a quick apology. He, however, was seething silent and deadly rage. First his little brother then his coffee? The Dane had to pay. In one swift movement Norway was over his desk, leg colliding into Denmark's stomach. When he double over Norway's elbow was there to greet his nose. As the Danish man lied there withering in pain, Norway brushed himself off and went to go get himself a refill.
